Refund policy

At Simple Machines, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your consumer electronics purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items: Opened software, digital downloads, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
